Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by individuals as users of our services. We collect data and process data when you:
•    Place an order for any of our services
•    Voluntarily complete a survey or provide feedback on our website or via email
•    Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.


We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
•    Third party service providers who we work with on individual projects 
•    Analytics on use of our website
•    Research undertaken into potential customers including market research and commercial lists.


Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful basis we rely on for processing this information are: 
•    Legitimate interests - processing personal data for direct marketing purposes where we have already completed work for you or your organisation or have a legitimate interest in the services we offer because we have gathered your contact details through networking or research. 
•    Contractual obligation – processing necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.


We only work with businesses or otherwise communicate with contacts for commercial purposes. Accordingly, we assume that where you have given us contact details or we have sourced such contact details from other sources (public or commercial lists) you expect to receive commercial communications via these contact details.

What we do with the information we have

We use the information that you have given us in order to:

  • Provide you with services you have engaged us to provide

  • Contact you in response to specific communications directed at us

  • Monitor use of and improve the products and services we provide and the content of our website

  • Provide information about our services to current and prospective clients


We may share this information with third parties contracted to us or as directed by you in the course of our business with you. We may also share your personal information with analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our website. Any third parties we may share your data with are obliged to keep your details securely and to use them only to fulfil the service they provide you on our behalf.

How we store your information

Your electronic information is securely stored and protected by passwords and antivirus software to ensure it cannot be accessed by anyone who should not be allowed to see it. Paper copies are kept in secure locations with limited access.

We keep names and contact information for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed. We will then dispose paper and electronic records securely as confidential waste.

We provide individuals with privacy information at the time we collect their personal data from them.


If we obtain personal data from a source other than the individual it relates to, we provide them with privacy information:

  • Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your information in certain circumstances.

  • Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.

  • Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
