Omnia exists to develop and deliver winning propositions. We support our clients throughout the business development lifecycle – from strategy and proposition development to bid and proposal delivery and on to expert review and implementation.

Sophie and Holly set up Omnia after successful careers in the outsourcing sector. Both worked in business development roles for large, multi-national service providers before taking the decision to work in a more independent way. We bring winning experience from a broad spectrum of outsourced services to our offer and pride ourselves on our professional, hands on attitude.

SOPHIE SARGINSON

Sophie worked as a Bid Writer, Bid Manager and Project Manager for a large outsourcing company before taking the decision to work independently in 2015. Since then she has helped clients working in a range of sectors to win new business and transform their operations to make the most of new market opportunities.

HOLLY EDWARDS

After a successful career in the outsourcing sector including Board level roles Holly made the decision to set up independently. Holly thrives on complexity and operating in the dynamic world of business development and bidding, building positive relationships quickly and achieving results.

HOW WE WORK

At Omnia we work flexibly to provide our clients with the support they need, when they need it.

We generally work on an output basis, agreeing a clear package of work with our client and taking responsibility for how we achieve that. 

​

We have clear governance procedures in place to protect our clients and ourselves; we will never work on the same project for multiple clients.
